“Ghost guns” bills to Governor

“Ghost guns” bills A-613A and A-2666A passed the Assembly today. They passed the Senate last week. The bills now go to the Governor for his signature.



Lt. Gov, Attorney General share frustrations

A-6762B/S-7196

A-6762B, Relates to the dangers to the safety and health of the public caused by the sale, manufacturing, importing and marketing of firearms, has been amended and resubmitted to Assembly Codes. Companion S-7196 has been introduced to Senate Rules.

The last scheduled session day is Thursday. I believe the legislature will pass these bills before recess.
