It has not happened (in America) because THE CONSTITUTION DOES NOT PERMIT IT, THE AMERICAN PEOPLE DO NOT WANT IT, AND THE SUPREME COURT HAS SETTLED IT. GET THAT THROUGH YOUR THICK SKULLS. Besides which the poor guy in the video, and my heart goes out to him as his life was destroyed, was shot by a madman with a .22 CAL REVOLVER THAT EVEN CUMO’S LAW DOES NOT OUTLAW.
