The difference between endorsements

Here’s Noam Bramson proudly touting his endorsement from New Yorkers Against Gun Violence:

As far as I can tell, the only media attention this has received is at The Daily Voice. The Journal News didn’t bother covering it and they hate guns.

By contrast, gun endorsements receive coverage at the Schenectady Daily Gazette, Buffalo News, Register-Star and The Saratogian.

Update: The Journal News finally got around to mentioning it.

  1. These are the folks who want to trade freedom for security. The problem is that the logical conclusion is the absolute tyranny of an all powerful state. Then there ends up no security with neighbor turning in neighbor, children and parents, etc, everybody living in terror. And what is most terribly troubling is that many of them are exactly the people WHO SHOULD KNOW BETTER! Maybe they figure they are safe if they are the ones in power?
