Seriously, Slowly, I think WH and Cuomo and the Radical Left are beginning to realize taking out an Amendment is no easy task; in fact they will find it impossible.
Any upper level judge realizes the weight of authority is with the Constitution. SCOTUS did an exhaustive opinion precisely because they knew “political correctness” would not prevail. Eventually we gunnies win but in the interim people’s rights will be violated. Same with race, voting laws, presidential power, etc. Challenge the Constitution and you need massive time and years of cases. Neither Cuomo or Obama, nor the Radical Left will prevail that long.
