Budget bill A-9055D has been amended and the offending microstamping provisions have been removed. Abolishing COBIS is still part of it.

A fantastic start. As it has been for a while, the battle is far from over.
I will still have all my finger, toes, arms, legs and what ever else I can cross, crossed. Not past them to take it out now so they don’t get phone calls and have Sheldon Silver stick it in at the last moment when it is just the normal 3 men in a room.
