$340 for a NYC pistol license is constitutional according to a Clinton-appointed district court judge:

Both elections and licensing systems cost the govt money to administer. It’s unconstitutional to impose a poll tax on voters but constitutional to impose high fees on citizens who want to exercise Second Amendment rights. Why the disparity?
Now that fees are sanctioned how high will they go? Worth appealing.
