Money is no object

$340 for a NYC pistol license is constitutional according to a Clinton-appointed district court judge:

… [Judge John Koeltl] says there’s no evidence the fee has stopped anyone from exercising their rights …”

This is why we need to defeat Obama this November.

  1. Both elections and licensing systems cost the govt money to administer. It’s unconstitutional to impose a poll tax on voters but constitutional to impose high fees on citizens who want to exercise Second Amendment rights. Why the disparity?

Now that fees are sanctioned how high will they go? Worth appealing.
