Andrew “Rapo” Cuomo used a “Message of Necessity” to dispense with the constitutionally required 3 days before a final vote. The AR-15 has been on the market since 1963! There was no necessity! The only urgency was the extreme eagerness of our rapist governor to rape our Second Amendment rights, so that he could have something to bolster his relatively undistinguished career when he faces Hillary Clinton in the presidential primary. There was no public participation allowed, no public debate – that’s the mockery of “democracy” that one gets from Democrats who operate like Communists.
