From the Washington Times, “Giuliani leaving ‘door open’ to White House run“:

“… “I’m going to go to New Hampshire to speak to a law enforcement group, so that’s really the main purpose of the speech, but I keep in contact with people in New Hampshire and try to figure out what kind of a chance I have,” Mr. Giuliani said in an interview. “At this point, I’m not actively considering it, but I have the door open.” …”

You have no chance.  Close the door.

    2. He’s flirted with higher office several times before and did not follow through.
    3. His previous presidential bid was a disaster.

  3. Haley Barbour was our best option. Very smart man. I was sorry when he dropped out.

    Giuliani doesn’t see things our way but to dismiss him as a potential candidate now I think is premature.

Rudy would have a much clearer idea of where he stands if he explained to the folks in New Hampshire what a proud RINO he’s been, and how he’d love to bring New York City style gun control to the rest of the country. Of course, he’d have to be honest to do that, and weasels are not known for their honesty.
