  1. So a search warrant is issued based on red flag… Search is executed, legally owned firearms are seized, but evidence of an unrelated crime is discovered. The warrant was issued upon a legally untested (and outrageous!) premise that some asshole layman (not a doc) thought you were “dangerous”. Now what? If you (might) own a firearm, do you loose other rights? Are 4th and 5th nullified?
