NYSRPA has filed a second lawsuit against the City of New York, this one challenging the prohibition on pistol licenses holders taking their firearms outside City limits.
This is the second suit against NYC. The first one filed several years ago challenging the firearms license fees is on appeal in the 2nd Circuit.
