Mayor Bloomberg and Sen. Jeff Klein will be holding a press conference this morning to announce the introduction of a new law to prohibit carrying while drunk.
This is a total non-issue.

Where exactly is the need for this? Am I missing the news stories about all of the drunken shootings lately? And I am pretty sure that if people actually are getting wasted and shooting people, they probably are carrying illegally anyway.
Bloomberg is trying to keep the antigun message alive and he’s running out of things to talk about.
We should propose a ban on governing while stupid.
