Microstamping bill A-1157A has been amended. What changed was one word so that now the proposed law would go into effect on 1/1/13 or whenever the state police receive notification from one or more shops that they can produce microstamps for $12 or less whichever occurs later. It used to say it would go into effect 1/1/13 no mater what.
