Congressman Chris Lee resigned yesterday after it became known he was trolling for women on Craigslist. No word yet on when a special election will be held. All the potential GOP nominees I’ve seen mentioned thus far are A & B rated. I have not seen any Democrat names floated yet.

Why does he have to resign? What he did was nothing compared to what most of the others do.
He chose to resign. Don’t know if he wants to save his marriage, if he feels he would not be effective in Congress with this hanging over him, or what.
