Mayors across the state are uniting to stop “gun violence”:
If these Mayors are really interested in stopping “gun violence” then anyone should be welcome at their event, right?
CNYCentral reports:
“Tuesday morning, a self-proclaimed “Statewide Press Conference” focused on Gun Violence Awareness Month will stream on various platforms. However, a spokesperson for Syracuse Mayor Ben Walsh confirms for CNYCentral.com that Mayor Walsh was never invited to this event, nor was he made aware it was going to take place … All the Mayors listed as attending this press conference are registered Democrats. Syracuse Mayor Ben Walsh is a registered Independent and is now serving in his second and final term in office …”
This should serve as yet another example of why Republicans should never get involved with (mostly) Democrat promoted gun control schemes.
