Does the NYS bill have an exemption for guns used by LE?
I know the microstamping bill in NJ is for *ALL* handguns, not just self loaders, and does not have a LE exemption. Manufacturers should recall LE firearms if this bill does pass in the end. What’s good for the gander is good for the goose.
