Jacob, as I predicted, it seems the 4th circuit will review the Kolby case en banc (NRA). With only 4 out of 15 Republican appointees, and 8 Obama frauds, not only is it fucked, but I fear it will set a new and more terrible precedent as having been upheld under even strict scrutiny. At best, they will re-apply intermediate scrutiny and fuck us. I believe that is more probable, cause the en banc review will probably be based on the standard of review, but I am not sure. Terrible!

Make no mistake, I sure do hope that I am wrong! I know that Judge Traxler will be there fighting like all hell for the Constitution, the rule of law, and doing the right thing. And an en banc win there, given that crew, would be a solid a solid, huge awesome. SO I HOPE U AND NRA ARE RIGHT!
