The bad news:
Beyond 2A, they should have laid the entire constitution to rest with Justice Scalia. His passing was a cataclysmic disaster to the little that is left of the Republic, the rule of law, and our constitution.
I do not believe we will get the court back in our lifetime (it was already dire even with him there fighting fang and claw for us).
Justice Thomas is very old.
We do not want any 2A case going to SCOTUS now cause at best, its a 4 to 4 that has no precidential force. Down side is that Heller is effectively overturned.
The Republican Party is a disaster.
Trump will probably be the nominee, and Hillary will probably be the next President (G-d help us)

For the Republican Party that is divided over coalescing around its solidifying frontrunner, Trump s strong night effectively nudged him closer to becoming the party s nominee. It might have been premature, but it didn t stop Trump from staging a presidential-ish news conference. It left his rivals looking like also-rans which they were.
