On Rob Astorino exploring a gubernatorial run next year:

The question I have is does Ed Cox plan to run any serious campaigns next year for Governor, Attorney General, state legislature, etc. Right now I would say the answer is no, he doesn’t.
I for one have had it with the Repubs. It’s become a monkey trying to fuck a football. I am ready to switch parties (either libertarian or conservative). Take Nassau DA Katherine Rice (D). A real life Stalinist despot. A menace who abused her office and her power to literally terrorize Nassau gun shops (before the unsafe act!) with fabricated charges exactly as in a despot regime – this is no joke – it is chilling. There was no outrage from anyone anywhere, no consequences, and she was re-elected with no issue ever having been made. What did the Repubs do? NOTHING! That’s it, let’s do nothing. Let’s not even fucking try. The few good folks they have (like Ted Cruz) are eviscerated by the mainstream. The commies can just sit back and laugh. Nationally, state wide, and locally, they are a three ring cluster fuck, a disgusting disgrace. Great, let’s run fat boy or Peter King.
