More briefs coming

Two more amicus briefs in support of NYSRPA’s lawsuit against SAFE are going to be filed.

The first is by Senator Kathy Marchione, who was one of only two members of the Senate to speak out against the bill, the other being Greg Ball.  The second brief is by the New York State Association of County Clerks which has been very vocal in its opposition to the law.  I have not heard of any briefs being prepared supporting SAFE.
