  1. I keep seeing polls that say majorities want gun control.Well if this is the excuse the goverment uses to trample the constitution than I believe polls will show soldiers all should come home now, gas should be .50@gal, no income taxes should be paid, we should keep our nose out of forgein countries, we shouldn’t import things we can produce and congressmen should have term limits. Put that in your pipe and smoke it Mr Obama!!!!!!!!!

  2. Just between us, this did not really impress me. I am not a lawyer, but, the very next question any judge would fire back on his response of “a semi auto pistol is not substantially different from a revolver if magazines are limited to seven rounds” would be (but you are also asking the court to void that part of the law). I would have thought that the case would be based on something like Miller (1939) where the court placed a (common use in) military or militia value as the acceptability criteria for a firearm to be protected by the second amendment. I would argue that an AR15/M16/M4 type is the most basic weapon issued to EVERY military member in anticipation of questions about grenades and SAWs (not issued to everyone). I HOPE THESE GUYS KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!??
