The Firearms Policy Coalition and Second Amendment Foundation scored a win against Gov. Hochul’s public carry bans with their lawsuit Christian v. James.
The lawsuit asked a federal court to enjoin various provisions of the law prohibiting carrying firearms in public parks, on public transportation, and on private property unless otherwise posted.
