A three-judge panel for the 9th Circuit Court issued a ruling that “the right to purchase and sell firearms is part and parcel of the historically recognized right to keep and bear arms.”

These are great, but short lived. Our biggest win (since Heller / McDonald) was in the 4th circuit, Judge Traxler for the majority. But the scumbags immediately fucked us by voting to re-hear the case “en bank” where the majority of judges (in the 4th) are either Clinton, or worse, Obama whores. We were fucked even when Justice Scalia was there (Friedman vs Highland Park) cause Roberts and Kennedy were gone by then. I am convinced they have pics of Roberts with a goat LOL. The fed courts have almost unanimously OPENLY defied Supreme Court precident / Heller, 2A / the constitution, and any and all rational arguments even about the efficacy of public policy (which is NOT in their scope but they do it anyway). Sorry to say, but this country is now “occupied”. The scumbags own it. Its gone! Don’t get me wrong, I love the constitution, but it means nothing to the fraud Kangaroo courts, or any other branch for that matter.
