New DC ruling may impact New York

A new decision out of DC may impact the Sullivan Act:

“… The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit ruled 2-1 Friday that the city cannot require gun owners to re-register a gun every three years, make a gun available for inspection or pass a test about firearms laws. The court also struck down a ban on registering more than one pistol per month …”

This does not have an immediate effect in New York, but depending upon where it goes down the line it might.

  1. WOW!!!!!!!!! There is still a judge with some integrity? What? I have fallen down, and I cant reach my martini. The despots missed a few judges? What are the implications to the enlightened progressives? Even scarrier, could there still be some high ranking military or police still left not their puppets? LOL!!!

  2. Unfortunately, I believe they will get this overturned. The corruption is so outrageous that it is frightening. Remember the case we won, I believe in 9th circuit, believe it was a “shall issue” case, where the court then turned around and decided to re-hear the case en banc (with the entire set of judges). HOW FUCKING BOGUS!!!
