All they ran was <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wnyc.org\/articles\/wnyc-news\/2013\/jan\/02\/little-new-york-regulation-rifle-used-deadly-shootings\/\" target=\"_blank\">this quote<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>&#8220;&#8230;\u00a0Jacob Rieper, vice president of legislative affairs for the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nysrpa.org\" target=\"_blank\">New York State Rifle and Pistol Association<\/a>, said any changes that go after guns or legal gun owners won\u2019t work. \u00a0\u201cAll of these ideas they\u2019re based on the false premise that somehow guns are the problem.
