{"id":6486,"date":"2012-08-01T15:00:46","date_gmt":"2012-08-01T19:00:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.gunpoliticsny.com\/?p=6486"},"modified":"2012-08-01T15:00:46","modified_gmt":"2012-08-01T19:00:46","slug":"the-script","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.gunpoliticsny.com\/?p=6486","title":{"rendered":"The script"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Huffington Post <a href=\"http:\/\/www.huffingtonpost.com\/2012\/07\/31\/frank-lautenberg-gun-control_n_1725467.html\" target=\"_blank\">reports<\/a> that <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lautenberg.senate.gov\" target=\"_blank\">Frank Lautenberg<\/a>\u00a0is refusing to pull his \u00a0his <a href=\"http:\/\/thehill.com\/video\/senate\/240657-cybersecurity-bill-includes-gun-control-measure\" target=\"_blank\">10+ round magazine prohibition amendment<\/a> from the cybersecurity bill:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>&#8220;&#8230; Lautenberg said he has no intention of waiting to debate his proposal. \u00a0&#8220;I&#8217;m not prepared to do that,&#8221; Lautenberg told The Huffington Post. \u00a0&#8220;We want to connect safety with reality.
