{"id":5720,"date":"2012-03-07T09:27:07","date_gmt":"2012-03-07T14:27:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.gunpoliticsny.com\/?p=5720"},"modified":"2012-03-07T09:27:07","modified_gmt":"2012-03-07T14:27:07","slug":"ruling-likely-to-stand","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.gunpoliticsny.com\/?p=5720","title":{"rendered":"Ruling likely to stand"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Constitutional lawyers the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.baltimoresun.com\/news\/maryland\/bs-md-gun-law-appeal-20120306,0,6673248.story\" target=\"_blank\">Baltimore Sun<\/a> spoke with regarding the case against discretionary licensing think the ruling will be upheld. \u00a0In a nutshell:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>&#8220;&#8230; <strong>&#8220;The idea here is that if this is a constitutional right, like all the other constitutional rights, then you shouldn&#8217;t need the government&#8217;s permission to exercise it,&#8221;<\/strong> said Randy E.
