As the sponsor of a microstamping bill in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.assembly.state.ny.us\" target=\"_blank\">New York State Assembly<\/a>, I met with Mr. Weis after learning of his interest in microstamping technology from a national news show where he spoke about his plan to push for microstamping legislation in Illinois &#8230;
