Cyrus Vance<\/a> spoke before the <a href=\"http:\/\/council.nyc.gov\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Clown Council<\/a> yesterday to denounce <a href=\"http:\/\/thomas.loc.gov\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">H.R. 822<\/a>. \u00a0Not surprisingly, all Councilmembers in attendance agreed with him, except for <a href=\"http:\/\/council.nyc.gov\/d19\/html\/members\/home.shtml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dan Halloran<\/a> who did a respectable job defending the RKBA.<\/p>\n<p>Here is a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wnyc.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">WNYC<\/a> \u00a0news report on the hearing:<\/p>\n<div style=\"color:red;font-weight:bold;\">Error occurred when trying to fetch the file using wp_safe_remote_get().
