Sen. Charles E. Schumer, D-N.Y., has pledged to do what he can to stop the bill in the chamber, according to a report in the New York Daily News &#8230;&#8221;<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>From the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nydailynews.com\/blogs\/dailypolitics\/2011\/11\/concealed-weapons-bill-splits-ny-delegation\" target=\"_blank\">Daily News<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>&#8220;&#8230; Sen.
