Alvin Bragg<\/a> has filed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.supremecourt.gov\/DocketPDF\/24\/24-1046\/390347\/20251224124417632_Wolford%20v.%20Lopez%20No.%2024-1046%20-%20Amicus%20Brief%20for%20PAGV%20.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">an amicus brief in support of the defendant<\/a> in <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scotusblog.com\/cases\/case-files\/wolford-v-lopez\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Wolford v. Lopez<\/a><\/em>.  The Hawaiian law in question is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.governor.ny.gov\/news\/safer-streets-governor-hochul-signs-legislation-strengthening-new-yorks-gun-safety-laws-and\" target=\"_blank\">similar to New York&#8217;s law<\/a> prohibiting carrying firearms onto private property unless the property owner has previously consented.<\/p>\n<p>I think <a href=\"https:\/\/www.supremecourt.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\">SCOTUS<\/a> is going to shoot down the law which will open up our law to a new legal challenge.
