After much speculation, he formally announced he is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2025\/03\/01\/us\/andrew-cuomo-nyc-mayor-campaign\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\">running for Mayor of New York City<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The fact that he is able to make this run highlights the pathetic shape the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nydems.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Democrat party<\/a> is in.
