Biden can’t move an agenda through Congress so I’ll take a stab and say the primary focus of this new office will be to funnel money to various leftist urban community groups who will in turn back Democrat politicians at election time.\u00a0 That fits with what Everytown<\/a> had been lobbying on.<\/p>\n
