Alex Mooney (R-WV)<\/a>] filed in the 116th Congress. It\u2019s unclear if it\u2019s been amended from that version. But as the title explains, the measure seeks to amend federal statute as it concerns the \u201csale, purchase, shipment, receipt, or possession of a firearm or ammunition by a user of medical marijuana.\u201d &#8230;
