He introduced a bill to City Council <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/legistar.council.nyc.gov\/LegislationDetail.aspx?ID=5983588&amp;GUID=5F7616EE-999F-4204-AAFC-9444ABB3B3B7&amp;Options=ID%7CText%7C&amp;Search=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">INT 873-2023<\/a><\/strong> amending the administrative code of the City of New York, in relation to designating Times Square a crime free zone:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>&#8220;&#8230; The area commonly known as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.timessquarenyc.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Times Square<\/a>, as described in subdivision a of this section, is designated a crime free zone.
