David Paterson<\/a> to consider withdrawing from the 2010 governor&#8217;s race, according to two senior New York Democratic advisers &#8230; The New York Times &#8230; said that it was <a href=\"http:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\" target=\"_blank\">President Barack Obama<\/a> who asked Paterson to withdraw.
