State Rifle &amp; Pistol Ass\u2019n v. Bruen, 142 S. Ct. 2111 (2022)<\/a> and recent statewide legislation governing gun licensing.<\/p>\n<p>This rule creates guidance for people who have pending applications on the effective date of the State law or who applied and were rejected for a concealed carry permit prior the Supreme Court decision in Bruen.
