The NRA<\/a> gave Patty Ritchie<\/a> in SD-48 an A rating. \u00a0She had this to say<\/a> about it:<\/p>\n

“… \u201cAs a person who enjoys the outdoors and comes from a long line of sportsmen and women,” Ritchie said, “I am extremely gratified by the NRA\u2019s recognition.\u201d… Ritchie denounced the steep increases in hunting license fees which she says were supported by her opponent, Sen. Aubertine<\/a>, and enacted into law, and which will cost sportsmen hundreds of dollars more over their lifetimes, Ritchie said …”<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

True, but the license fee increases were promoted by the New York State Conservation Council<\/a>.<\/p>\n

She also leaves out NRA endorsed Aubertine<\/a> for re-election.<\/p>\n
