Companion <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nysenate.gov\/legislation\/bills\/2021\/s7196\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">S-7196<\/a> has been introduced to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nysenate.gov\/committees\/rules\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Senate Rules<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The last scheduled session day is Thursday.
