No <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nyassembly.gov\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Assembly<\/a> companion.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nysenate.gov\/legislation\/bills\/2021\/s1269\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">S-1269<\/a><\/strong>, Establishes the crime of criminal possession of a flamethrower, passed <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nysenate.gov\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Senate<\/a>.
