On the posted agenda are S-13<\/a><\/strong>, Enacts the “Scott J. Beigel Unfinished Receiver Act” in relation to unfinished frames or receivers, and S-14<\/a>, Enacts the “Jose Webster Untraceable Firearms Act.”<\/p>\n

S-13<\/a><\/strong> defines “unfinished receiver” as so to criminalize the sale and possession of metal and plastic sheets, billets, rods, wires, powders and granules.<\/p>\n

S-14<\/a> defines “unfinished receiver” as per S-13 and would criminalize replacing the grips, attachment of an optical sight, and the replacement of a broken pin, screw or spring on any firearm.<\/p>\n
