Sen. Brad Hoylman<\/a>&#8220;:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>&#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/bradhoylman\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">State Sen. Brad Hoylman<\/a> is setting his sights on the Manhattan borough president\u2019s office.
