The lawsuit stemmed from challenging the constitutionality of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.governor.ny.gov\/news\/no-20228-continuing-temporary-suspension-and-modification-laws-relating-disaster-emergency\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Executive Order 202.8<\/a>, which required gun shops and ammunition manufacturers to reduce their in-person workforce by 100%.
