Scarpino is locked in a tight battle against <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mimirocahforda.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Mimi Rocah<\/a>, a former federal prosecutor well known for her past work as a commentator on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.msnbc.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">MSNBC<\/a>.
