No <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nysenate.gov\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Senate<\/a> companion at this time.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nysenate.gov\/legislation\/bills\/2019\/a8078\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">A-8078C<\/a><\/strong>, Permits <a href=\"https:\/\/4-h.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">4-H<\/a> certified shooting sports instructors to supervise and instruct persons under sixteen years of age at shooting ranges, passed the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nyassembly.gov\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Assembly<\/a>. Companion <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nysenate.gov\/legislation\/bills\/2019\/s6401\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">S-6401B<\/a><\/strong> is on 3rd Reading.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nysenate.gov\/legislation\/bills\/2019\/S4442\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">S-4442B<\/a><\/strong>, Requires the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.criminaljustice.ny.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Division of Criminal Justice Services<\/a> to publish quarterly reports providing information related to firearms, rifles and shotguns used in the commission of crimes in the state of New York, has been amended and resubmitted to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nysenate.gov\/committees\/finance\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Finance<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nysenate.gov\/legislation\/bills\/2019\/s7762\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">S-7762<\/a><\/strong>, Enacts the Scott J.
