Kolb announced Thursday he would not seek another term, a few weeks after <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/videos\/justice\/2020\/01\/02\/new-york-assemblyman-brian-kolb-drunk-driving-vpx.wham\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">he was charged with driving while intoxicated<\/a> &#8230; A longtime community volunteer, he founded the <a href=\"http:\/\/nyclaytarget.com\/teams\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Red Jacket High School Clay Target League<\/a>. For 27 years, he has served on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.csaymca.org\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Clifton Springs Area YMCA Board of Directors<\/a>.
