“U.S. Senate Republicans accused five Democratic colleagues of threatening the Supreme Court<\/a> with political retribution in an extraordinary clash over what is set to be the court\u2019s first case on gun rights in a decade. Good for them.<\/p>\n

Most of the time the only response Republicans give to Democrat attacks is silence.\u00a0 Far too often they backtrack in a pathetic attempt to curry favor with a hostile media.<\/p>\n

What McConnell ought to do now is schedule a vote on the Senate<\/a> version of the Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act, S.69<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n
