{"id":19547,"date":"2019-07-30T11:21:57","date_gmt":"2019-07-30T15:21:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.gunpoliticsny.com\/?p=19547"},"modified":"2019-07-30T16:15:25","modified_gmt":"2019-07-30T20:15:25","slug":"cuomo-signs-a-763-s-1414","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.gunpoliticsny.com\/?p=19547","title":{"rendered":"Cuomo signs more gun control bills"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.governor.ny.gov\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Governor Cuomo<\/a> has just signed three more gun control bills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nysenate.gov\/legislation\/bills\/2019\/a763\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">A-763A<\/a><\/strong>\/<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nysenate.gov\/legislation\/bills\/2019\/s1414\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>S-1414A<\/strong><\/a>, related to criminal possession or manufacture of an undetectable firearm, rifle, or shotgun.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nysenate.gov\/legislation\/bills\/2019\/A2686\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">A-2686A<\/a>\/<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nysenate.gov\/legislation\/bills\/2019\/s2450\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>S-2450A<\/strong><\/a>, relates to requirements for the safe storage of rifles, shotguns and firearms.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nysenate.gov\/legislation\/bills\/2019\/A8174\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">A-8174<\/a><\/strong>\/<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nysenate.gov\/legislation\/bills\/2019\/s6360\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>S-6360<\/strong><\/a>, provides for an exception to firearm storage requirements related to persons less than sixteen years old when such person less than sixteen years old is at a shooting range under immediate supervision, or when such person less than sixteen years old is the holder of a hunting license or permit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><center><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Just signed into law more common-sense gun legislation!
