Chris Collins<\/a> has reintroduced his &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.thedailynewsonline.com\/bdn01\/collins-takes-aim-at-ny-safe-act-20190208\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Second Amendment Guarantee Act<\/a>&#8220;:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>&#8220;&#8230; The Collins bill would prevent states from implementing any regulations on weapons that are more restrictive than what is required by federal law. Passage of the bill would void most of the language included in <a href=\"https:\/\/safeact.ny.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">New York\u2019s Secure Ammunition and Firearms Enforcement Act of 2013<\/a> signed into law by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.governor.ny.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gov.
