<a href=\"http:\/\/pelosi.house.gov\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pelosi<\/a> vowed to push for a range of actions to stem gun violence, including restrictions on high-capacity magazines and a measure allowing temporary removal of guns from people deemed an imminent risk to themselves or others &#8230;&#8221;<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>I doubt that.\u00a0 I expect a bunch of noise with little action.<\/p>\n<p>Pelosi knows even if the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.house.gov\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">House<\/a> passes something the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.senate.gov\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Senate<\/a> won&#8217;t take it up.\u00a0 The gun control agenda has been waning for years because the fringe advocates have never been able to deliver a political payoff to electeds who promote the agenda.\u00a0 That has not changed.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ssb_list_wrapper\"><li class=\"fb2\" style=\"width:135px\"><iframe src=\"\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/like.php?href=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.gunpoliticsny.com%2F%3Fp%3D18065&amp;layout=button_count&amp;action=like&amp;show_faces=false&amp;share=true&amp;width=135&amp;height=21&amp;appId=307091639398582\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\" style=\"border:none;
