I have seen it mentioned in newspapers in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Hawaii.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2017\/08\/02\/gov-cuomo-threatens-to-sue-if-pro-gun-legislation-that-overrides-nys-safe-act-passes\/\" target=\"_blank\">Governor Cuomo&#8217;s reaction<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>&#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.governor.ny.gov\" target=\"_blank\">New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo<\/a> threatened to file a lawsuit Tuesday if Congress passes pro-Second Amendment legislation that would roll back the state\u2019s major 2013 gun control law known as the SAFE Act. \u201cIf they try to overrule the State of New York we will sue because this state has rights too,\u201d Cuomo told reporters. \u201cAnd especially with this federal government, it is very important that states represent their rights and assert their rights and I will assert my rights to the fullest extent of the law.\u201d &#8230;&#8221;<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Collins&#8217; response:<\/p>\n<p><center><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-lang=\"en\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Rep.
